MARY'S OLD TIMEY MASHED POTATO SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
4 med. Irish potatoes
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. mustard
2/3 tsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salad pickles
1/2 tsp. salt to taste
Cooking:
Peel potatoes and slice. Boil until done and drain. Mash and add other ingredients. Mix well. Yields about 1 quart of salad.
