MARINATE POTATO SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
4 med. size potatoes
1 bunch green onions (chopped) or sm.
onion (chopped)
4 tbsp. parsley
1 c. Italian dressing (more may be
needed after overnight marinating)
Cooking:
Boil potatoes in their jackets until done. Peel and dice into small and medium size chunks. Add onion, parsley and salad dressing. Place in covered container. Refrigerate overnight.
