LOW-CALORIE POTATO SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
4 lbs. potatoes
8 boiled eggs
2 c. celery
1 c. carrots
1 c. green onion
1 c. red pepper
1/2 c. parsley
1 c. plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 c. low cal mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Cooking:
Boil potatoes cut in 1/2 inch pieces. Boil eggs (use only whites). Finely chop vegetables and egg whites. Add to boiled potatoes. In another bowl mix yogurt and mayonnaise together. Add remaining ingredients. Then mix them together.
