ITALIAN POTATO SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
4 or 5 potatoes, boiled, peeled and
cubed as for potato salad
Add:2 or 3 pickled peppers, sweet or mix
hot peppers in also
Add about:1 c. celery (cut in 1/2 inch cubes)
1 or 2 onions, sliced
2 or anchovies
A few olives (optional)
Sprinkle oregano
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Cooking:
Toss and let stand for a few hours.
