RANCH ITALIAN PASTA SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
1 pkg. Ranch Italian salad dressing mix
1 lb. fusilli (or other spiral shaped
pasta), cooked
1 1/2 c. cooked broccoli flowerets
4 oz. salami, julienned
1 red pepper, minced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Cooking:
Prepare salad dressing mix according to package directions; reserve. In a large bowl combine all ingredients together, tossing thoroughly with prepared dressing. Serve chilled
