GLORIFIED PASTA FRUIT SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni O's or ABC's
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 c. fresh strawberries, oranges &
bananas
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple,
drained & reserve juice
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Cooking:
Cook, drain and cool macaroni. Beat eggs; add sugar, flour and salt; cook together until thick. Add pineapple juice and cool completely. Add to macaroni. When cold add drained pineapple and fruit cocktail or other fresh fruit and Cool Whip and marshmallows.
