FRUIT SALAD RECIPE
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
2-3 (6 oz.) cans Dole orange-pineapple
juice, chilled
Cooking:
Use all fresh fruits if possible:1/2 pt. strawberries, hulled, washed
and halved
1/2 canteloupe, use melon baller
1/2 honeydew, use melon baller
1 pink grapefruit, sectioned, use
only pulp
1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
1 can mandarin oranges, chilled and
drained
Add:1-2 cans of the orange pineapple juice
1-2 apples, cored and sliced or
chunked
1-2 pears, cored and chunked
1-2 bananas, sliced
