OVERNIGHT MACARONI FRUIT SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
1 box macaroni, cooked and chilled
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drain
(reserve liquid)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 pt. whipped cream, whipped
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. drained fruit cocktail
Cooking:
Mix sugar, salt, flour. Use a medium saucepan. Add eggs and pineapple juice. Cook until thick. Stir constantly. Cool and pour over chilled macaroni. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Next day: Fold in whipped cream, fruit cocktail, marshmallows and pineapple.
