MANDARIN MACARONI SALAD
Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni (6 oz.),
cooked and drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange
segments, well drained
1 med. red apple, diced
1 c. sliced celery
Cooking:
In large bowl stir together first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat well. Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with sliced almonds. About 5 cups.
