Macaroni Salad Recipe

FRUIT COCKTAIL MACARONI SALAD

Vegetable Recipe Ingredients:

1 (1 lb., 3 oz.) can fruit cocktail,
well drained
3 c. cooked elbow or sm. shell
macaroni (1 1/3 c. uncooked)
1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Cooking:

Drain fruit well and combine with cooked macaroni. Mix gently. Combine mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Pour over fruit mixture, and toss. Add chopped peanuts just before serving. Serves 6-8.
