Macaroni Salad Recipe

CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD

Macaroni Salad Recipe Ingredients:

2 c. shredded cooked chicken
1 pkg. Creamettes macaroni
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm. onion
Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Macaroni Salad Recipe Cooking:

Place 4-5 chicken breasts in pot of water with salt, pepper, and diced onion. Boil for 20 minutes. Cover and allow to cool (drain). When cool, shred chicken. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Combine chicken, green onions, macaroni and enough mayonnaise (dressing) to moisten. Chill for at least six hours. More mayonnaise may be needed prior to serving.
